Miller Awarded Common Future Bridge Fellowship
FormanWatkins is proud to announce Julian Miller has been awarded a Common Future Bridge Fellowship based on his work co-founding the non-profit organization, Delta Fresh Foods Initiative, that focuses on building community food systems as a means of economic justice and public health in the Mississippi Delta.
The Common Future Bridge Fellowship recognizes leaders who are working to build inclusive economies focused on social entrepreneurship and economic justice. The fellowship will allow Julian to network and collaborate with other leaders of inclusive economic projects throughout the southeast region and has provided a $45,000 grant to support the work of Delta Fresh Foods.
Julian adds, “I am really excited about this opportunity; and am very grateful for the firm’s support for my civic and pro bono activity.”
