We encourage qualified lateral candidates to apply for attorney positions. We are always looking for ways to make our firm better and to provide more and better services to our clients, as well as growing our firm in areas in which we are not currently involved. Hiring decisions are based on the applicant's academic background, legal experience, and the Firm's current needs. Once hired, we integrate lateral attorneys into the Firm by fostering relationships among the attorneys and encouraging professional development.
