Mr. Moir specializes in civil trials, including the defense of serious toxic tort matters and in particular asbestos-related cancer cases. His practice also includes commercial litigation, personal injury and wrongful death cases in which he represents plaintiffs and defendants.

Previous Experience

Peter has represented companies involved in asbestos-related cases since the late 1980’s and has tried numerous cases to verdict in courts in a number of different states. He has developed and worked with a number of different expert witnesses involved in the asbestos litigation and has served as liaison counsel on behalf of defendants and as national trial counsel for a company in the litigation. Peter also has defended companies involved in a variety of product liability matters and represented plaintiffs in commercial and personal injury litigation.
