Peter specializes in civil trials, including the defense of serious toxic tort matters and in particular asbestos-related cancer cases. His practice also includes commercial litigation, personal injury, and wrongful death cases in which he represents plaintiffs and defendants.

Previous Experience
- Peter has represented companies involved in asbestos-related cases since the late 1980’s and has tried numerous cases to verdict in courts in a number of different states. He has developed and worked with a number of different expert witnesses involved in the asbestos litigation and has served as liaison counsel on behalf of defendants and as national trial counsel for a company in the litigation. Peter also has defended companies involved in a variety of product liability matters and represented plaintiffs in commercial and personal injury litigation.
