Kari Gajewski is a dedicated attorney who prefers having too much work to do, rather than not enough. The heavy workload and intricate cases that come across her desk every day excite her. She offers clients valuable, knowledgeable experience having worked in asbestos litigation for over 20 years. Extremely organized and strong-willed, Kari is self-motivated and never hesitates to put in long hours and hard work in order to provide a strong defense for her client. Important Litigation Involvement
- For 20 plus years, Kari has practiced primarily in the areas of product liability, toxic tort and mass tort litigation while concentrating in the defense of asbestos litigation claims. Kari has also been involved in the litigation of slip-and-fall cases, lead paint exposure matters, and breach of contract cases. Additionally, she has been involved in product liability cases related to catastrophic injuries.
