  • Phillips v. Wal-Mart Stores East LP, No. 5:2014cv00035 (S.D.Miss 2015), Court granted summary judgment in favor of Defendant in wrongful death case
  • Counsel for multiple product defendants in MDL 875, which resulted in the dismissal of hundreds of plaintiffs’ claims from 2009-present
