FormanWatkins Hosts Diversity & Inclusion Expert Dr. Arin Reeves
On January 25, 2021, Forman Watkins & Krutz hosted renowned diversity & inclusion and leadership expert Dr. Arin Reeves (@DrArinNReeves1) to speak to the Firm regarding effective leadership. Dr. Reeves, who has previously partnered with FormanWatkins on several diversity and inclusion initiatives, discussed ways to remove implicit bias from the interviewing and hiring process and about best practices for fostering a culture of effective feedback, evaluation and mentoring. Our team received CLE credit for what was an engaging, interactive, and insightful presentation. The Firm looks forward to continuing its diversity and inclusion initiatives with Dr. Reeves and other experts in the field.
