FormanWatkins Secures Defense Verdict in Federal Court Asbestos Trial

FormanWatkins is pleased to announce a significant victory in a federal court asbestos case tried to verdict before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. After an eight-day jury trial, a unanimous verdict was returned finding no liability against the Firm’s client.

Attorneys Peyton Smith and Autumn Smith led the defense team through the trial, presenting a vigorous defense on behalf of the Firm’s client. The jury’s unanimous verdict fully vindicated the Firm’s client.
