Gault, Latuso, and Mulholland Win Summary Judgment in Breach of Contract Case
On August 10, 2017, Win Gault, Erin Latuso and Danny Mulholland won summary judgment on behalf of plaintiff Chevron Oronite in a breach of contract case. The case was pending in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana before Judge Susie Morgan.
