Joshua Metcalf Serves as Co-Chair and Speaker for Network of Trial Law Firms Litigation Management Conference in California
Joshua Metcalf recently served as Co-Chair of the conference Litigation Management: In-House Counsel Facing the Future, which was hosted by The Network of Trial Law Firms in Laguna Beach, California. The conference focused presentations and panels on a concentrated curriculum for in-house counsel managing litigation. In addition to his leadership as co-chair, Joshua also spoke on the practical effects of the United States Supreme Court's decision in Daimler AG v. Bauman. His presentation took a close look at the Supreme Court’s decision in Daimler, recent decisions interpreting Daimler, and practice pointers for taking full advantage of the protections afforded by the decision.
