New Orleans Office Adds Two New Partners and Two Associates
Forman Watkins & Krutz LLP is pleased to announce Michael Abraham joined the firm as a Partner in our New Orleans, Louisiana office. Bringing more than two decades of litigation experience to the firm, Michael adds key strategic growth and relationships to our office. Michael handles a demanding, complex civil litigation caseload throughout Louisiana, specializing in the defense of toxic torts, mass tort litigation, product liability, and premise liability. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and all Louisiana State Courts.
Michael practices predominantly in the areas of insurance defense, product liability, personal injury, and toxic tort. He is a member of the Louisiana State and Federal Bar Associations along with DRI. Michael graduated from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science in Management and received his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans. He is recognized by Martindale-Hubbell® as AV™ Preeminent Peer Rated.
Along with the addition of Michael, Erin Wedge Latuso joined the New Orleans office as a Partner in April. Erin’s practice is focused on civil commercial matters, with an emphasis in the areas of Employment, Premises and Products Liability, Professional Liability, and Toxic Tort Law. Erin has also advised and represented clients in the areas of public entity law, commercial contract negotiations and disputes, and insurance coverage disputes. Erin graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology and received her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans.
Michelle Roy and Etienne Rene have also joined the firm as Associates in our New Orleans office.
