FormanWatkins Hosts Wish Reveal Party for Four-Year-Old Child Battling Leukemia
The FormanWatkins Foundation proudly partnered with Make-A-Wish Mississippi to host a Wish Reveal party celebrating four-year-old Kali, a Jackson native whose dream of visiting Walt Disney World® with her family came true this summer.
Kali, who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in February 2023, loves playing Roblox, watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, coloring, and spending time with her sister. Surrounded by attorneys, staff, and representatives from Make-A-Wish Mississippi, Kali and her family were honored with a celebration at the Firm’s Jackson office as her heartfelt wish was officially granted.
“Our entire Firm was overjoyed to help make Kali’s dream come true,” said Nick Giallourakis, Partner at FormanWatkins. “Seeing Kali’s smile and celebrating with her family reminded all of us why this work matters so deeply. It was a privilege to play a role in creating such a joyful moment.”
The celebration marked the culmination of the Foundation’s commitment to Make-A-Wish Mississippi earlier this year, when it pledged to fund a child’s wish through a special donation. The Foundation’s gift directly made Kali’s Disney adventure possible.
