FormanWatkins Selected as One of the Best Places to Work in Mississippi in 2019
FormanWatkins is excited to announce our selection as one of the Best Places to Work in Mississippi for 2019, as voted on by our very own employees. Our team in Jackson and the culture we foster are extremely important to the Firm, and seeing this come to light with this recognition is truly an honor.
The Mississippi Business Journal’s 2019 Best Places to Work in Mississippi awards ceremony was held at the Old Capitol on Thursday, June 27th. Jackson partner Tanya Ellis attended the ceremony and accepted the award on behalf of the Firm. She said, "Being recognized as one of Mississippi’s Best Places to Work, and reading the feedback about what it means to be a part of FormanWatkins, is a highlight of my 15 years with the firm." Jackson partner Trey Watkins was also in attendance and had this to say, "We are thrilled and honored that the MBJ recognized what we have known for years – that FormanWatkins is a place where people are valued and where the workplace dignifies everyone and encourages them to use their talent to bring our clients the best possible results."
This program is produced each year in concert with Research Logics, which surveys employees of all nominated and participating companies. Associate Publisher Tami Jones states, “We are so pleased to have such great companies that set the example of a great place to work.” Jones adds, “It is even more exciting that this award comes from how the employees view their employers. What better way to gauge and interact with your employees and the success of your company?”
