Jennifer Studebaker Receives “Women of Influence” Award for Mass Tort/Class Actions by Best Lawyers
Forman Watkins & Krutz LLP is proud to announce Jennifer Studebaker was selected as a “Woman of Influence” for Mass Tort/Class Actions in the Spring 2017 Edition of Best Lawyers Women in the Law. This edition is produced in collaboration with the Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law and highlights all women lawyers recognized in the 23rd Edition of The Best Lawyers in America©; the “Women of Influence” awards are the result of the first-ever collaboration between the Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law and Best Lawyers. Coalition members in both private and general practice submitted nominations, with each nominee named for her outstanding work in her area of expertise. Ballots were counted and evaluated by Best Lawyers publication editors, and final awards were based upon a number of qualitative factors, including number of nominations, votes, nominator feedback, editorial research, and inclusion in the 23rd (2017) Edition of The Best Lawyers in America.
Jennifer Studebaker is a dedicated litigation team leader with extensive trial experience. Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer fine-tuned her trial advocacy skills as an assistant district attorney, and successfully prosecuted hundreds of cases ranging from drug offenses to capital murder cases. In the 13+ years that she has been at the Firm, Jennifer has represented multiple clients involved in mass tort litigation, including asbestos, silica, welding rod, and other toxic exposure claims.
