Mike Baker began practicing law in 1977. Over those years of practice, he handled or tried to conclusion all types of personal injury litigation: worker’s compensation, vehicular collision, industrial, retail or commercial premises liability, railroad crossing accidents, FELA, Jones Act, general maritime and offshore rig accidents, and 42 USCA 1983 actions defending local governmental units involving civil rights violations, and/or work place discrimination/harassment, general products liability involving a host of products, medical malpractice, and toxic tort involving asbestos, silica, benzene and other chemical exposures.

In her free time, Chelsea is an active member of St. James’ Episcopal Church and enjoys advising college students on national scholarship applications.
Mandi Murphy is an accomplished Human Resources professional with more than 10 years of experience in the HR field and 20 years working in various positions in the legal industry. Mandi excels in strategic HR management, employee relations, and organizational development. Her leadership and dedication have been instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving the company’s HR initiatives forward. She is known for her strategic vision, empathy, and ability to align HR practices with broader organizational goals. In addition to her role as HR Director, Mandi is also the Board President for the Mississippi Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (MS ALA). Her commitment to the community and her passion for advancing the legal field have made her a key figure in the organization, where she leads efforts to improve the quality of management in legal services organizations, promote and enhance the competence and professionalism of legal administrators and all members of the management team, and represent professional legal management and managers to the legal community and to the community at large. Mandi holds an associate’s degree in paralegal studies from Hinds Community College and a bachelor’s degree in health administration from Belhaven University. In addition to her academic achievements, Mandi is also a Society of Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). When she’s not working, Mandi enjoys attending sporting events, weight training, volunteering in the community and spending time with her family, pets and friends.
